The elders and staff at White River Christian Church serve together, alongside the White River family, to lead and guide the church in our mission of connecting every life to Jesus.
As Faith Development Assistant, Sue is responsible for a variety of tasks related to organization and communication. These tasks include calendaring, event planning, expense reports and reimbursement, groups support, CCB administration and facility reservations, the preparation of printed materials and digital presentations, class registrations, generating ministry statistics, and aiding in communication within each ministry of the Faith Development Team. Prior to coming to White River, Sue worked in various roles including as a Supportive Scientist with the Illinois State Water Survey, a Substitute Teacher, a Client Data Manager, as well as being a stay-at-home mom for a few years. Sue received her MS in Environmental Biology from Eastern Illinois University. She lives in Fishers with her husband, Tony, and her son, Matt, and daughter, Kate - who is currently serving in the Peace Corps in Kyrgyzstan.
Hobbies: playing guitar and singing, nature walks, bird watching, reading
