CHILDRENS ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT (PART TIME) - Noblesville location
White River is looking for a highly energetic person who is passionate about their personal faith and their love for Children's Ministry.  This individual will be responsible for supporting the Children's Ministry team.  The desire is that this person has a can-do attitude, a proven team builder, problem solver, creative thinker and a high functioning individual that champions a heart for ministry.

CONNECTIONS PASTOR (FULL TIME) - Noblesville location
We are in search of a Connections Pastor to help make the WRCC guest experience second to none.  From the "street to the seat" this individual will oversee our Guest Services team to create a warm and welcoming environment for everyone attending our weekend services.  We are seeking an individual that is passionate about seeing people connected into community, has a high motor, is earger to achieve goals, loves being with people, works well within a team and is a self-starter.  Above all, they must be passionate about the WRCC mission, "Connecting every life to Jesus."

GROUPS PASTOR (FULL TIME) - Noblesville location
White River is looking for a Groups Pastor who will work to develop community for the congregation at WRCC.  They will serve as the point person for developing groups, group leaders and group content that cultivates a community experience.  We are seeking an individual who loves being with people, possesses a theological sharp/insightful mind, has a strong work ethic and works well within a team.  We also desire to serve the young adults of the congregation.

ASSOCIATE CAMPUS PASTOR (FULL TIME) WRCC North location
We are currently seeking someone that is excited and committed to connecting people to Jesus, helping them develop in their faith at WRCC North, and finding meaningful ways to serve the community and share their family through WRCC North.  This person should be passionate about engaging others to assist them to grow in their walk with Jesus, focused on inviting others to step out of their comfort zone, creative with identifying and finding opportunities to meet tangible needs in the community, and effective in empowering others to lead and use their spiritual gifts. They will have a servant’s heart with a driven passion to fulfill big goals and think outside of the box.  This person is an experienced team builder, a people lover, and has a heart to see people develop in their faith. WORSHIP LEADER (PART TIME) - WRCC North location
We are seeking an individual to focus on leading worship at WRCC North.  They will also be responsible for leading the worship team, creating meaningful worship experiences, and engaging the congregation in worship.  This person will assist the worship pastor in planning worship services, engaging those who musical abilities (playing an instrument, singing) to serve in leading worship while leading worship weekly.  They will have strong organizational skills, be confident in leading others in worship, possess musical ability to create meaningful and excellent worship experiences.  They will work together with the campus pastor to develop people in their ability to lead worship.  For more information, contact Andrew Smiley, WRCC North Campus Pastor at  .  Click HERE for a ministry description.  

CHILDREN'S DIRECTOR (FULL OR PART TIME) - WRCC North location
We are seeking an individual to minister to children and students (birth-12th grade) at WRCC North.  This person will create and lead weekly programming for children (birth-5th grade), implement an age-appropriate strategy for helping children and students journey through the Faith Development Plan, recruit volunteers to love and lead children and students, and equip families to be the primary source of faith development in their child’s life.  For more information, contact Andrew Smiley, WRCC North Campus Pastor at .  Click HERE for a ministry description.
